Do they really think that Israel is going to let hordes of Muslims in? Let these "devout" Muslims go on another pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina, their holiest places. Meanwhile, the Western world can issue their own Fatwa that no more Muslims will be allowed to emigrate into their countries unless they have job skills which are needed and don't have to go on welfare.

(JNS.org) A new Islamic fatwa permits millions of Muslims from around the world to visit the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount.

The fatwa was issued during a two-day conference in Amman called the “Road to Jerusalem,” attended by more than 150 Islamic scholars as a way of to discuss “defending Islamic and Christian holy sites,” the Jordanian daily Ad-Dustour reported.

The fatwa called “Visiting Al-Aqsa Mosque Under the Occupation” encourages Palestinians who have foreign passports, as well as more than 450 Muslims who live in non-Islamic countries, to visit the Temple Mount. It cautioned that normalization of the Israeli “occupation” should be avoided, meaning that visitors should only use Palestinian-provided services such as lodging, food, and transportation.

Previous fatwas had prohibited Muslims from around the world from visiting the Temple Mount.

Hala Sultan Tekke is listed by UN as the third most holy site for muslims. It is also where any mass pilgrimages should go rather than to the mount.
Israel cannot allow million to visit the mount and risk something like a rock attack on those praying at the western wall afterwards or worse. It already has to limit the worshipers of 16 to 40 yrs of age during threats or times of tension on some fridays.

Another ploy to make Israel look bad by restricting religious pilgrimages or take control of the mount from the muslims altogether and risk more muslim hostilities. Right now arabs from around the middle east can not travel to and from Israel, except by bus from Jordan, to avoid stamping the passport.
