We're supposed to respect the muslum religion and not offend them. Our media has covered up the pictures when talking about the issue.

Why wasn't the media worried about the millions of offended christians when an artist decided to cover the Virgin Mary in feces. NOOOOOO then they were crying freedom of speach.

The media was right about this Virgin Mary painting. They're wrong and the western governments are wrong apologizing and coddling these fanatics. No religious fanatics should be coddled in Western culture regardless of affiliation. Religion is a choice. Free expression is a principle.

France in particular had better really come to grips with what is happening, they wish to keep their heads in the sand, and leave the US holding the bag. Terrorism affects everyone, no country is insulated from it no matter how much Muslim booty they kiss, and what has happened because of a Dutch cartoon is proof of this.

No outrage when Egyptian publication headlined drawings on Ramadan cover


While Muslims across the world have rioted in the past week against countries whose newspapers have published cartoons of the prophet Muhammad, there was no uproar when the same caricatures were prominently displayed in an Arab newspaper four months ago.

The images originating in Denmark's Jyllands-Posten in September were reportedly featured on the cover and inside pages of Egypt's al-Fagr (the Dawn) in October, during the holy month of Ramadan
