Trump isn't "trolling" because nobody with any brains believes a word he says. That includes more than half of the American people, ALL of the world's leaders, and most of the informed people living in the rest of the free world.

All Trump has is 25% of the American population who believes every lies he spews. The rest of the free world, its leaders and citizens are laughing at the old fool and wondering how long before Vance and the oligarchs pull him off the stage.
