So, apparently Matthew Livelsberger was a super "patriot". Patriotic because he posted "patriotic" messages on Facebook, patriotic because he served in the special forces and patriotic because he loved Trump.

A patriot loves their country. Matthew Livelsberger put a bomb in his car and tried to kill people, but for some reason failed, but still injured seven people.

Luckily he was less of a "patriot" than Timothy McVeigh who killed 167 people in Oklahoma. A war veteran like Livelsberger, and thought patriotism would take place by trying to make a revolution.

Had McVeigh been alive today, he'd have been posting pro-Trump stuff all over Facebook too, why? Because he was a "super patriot" too.

I think patriotic is your trigger word.

You "think" do you? Well that's interesting.

Would have been more interesting if you'd have spoken about the topic.

"Patriot" is like the word "love"... what does it mean?

I've asked a few times on here and the answers range from "I know what it means, I don't need to tell you" (as in, no ******* clue) and those who try once to explain then resort to insults when they realize they don't have a ******* clue.

But I guess your "tigger word" is "trigger"... I don't get triggered, I don't expect anything from anyone on this board. I don't expect good debates, I don't expect knowledge, I don't expect people to be smart about their choices. So nothing triggers me.

McVeigh was a patsy. British journalist Ambrose Evans-Pritchard wrote about the OKC bombing in depth, back in the late 90's. It sounds like you haven't looked into that beyond what the controlled MSM spoon-fed you. And as for this Livelsberger guy, my guess is he is probably a patsy too.

Okay, so, I compared the two of them from the patriotic view, you say I know nothing and they're not alike, but then you say they're both "patsies".....

You can't claim to be a "patriot" and be a "patsy" at the same time?

"a person who is easily manipulated or victimized : pushover"

Surely a "patriot" is someone who is easy to manipulate. They tell you that they need to do the right thing for their country, but often just end up doing the bidding of the rich and powerful.

All terrorists think of themselves as "patriots".

Depends what you mean. A Muslim terrorist might not consider themselves a "patriot", which comes from "patrios" in Greek meaning "of one's father", and comes to mean the "mother land" or something, which is related to COUNTRY. A Muslim might see their identity as religious, which wouldn't make them a "patriot"

That's not the definition I was using, that word also means scapegoat, fall guy, see #2 here:

Patriots are people that oppose radical ideologies like Marxism, Communism, Socialism, Globalism, Wokeism, progressivism, and every other “-ism” that seeks to destroy the US.

Blowing up a car at a hotel isn’t accomplishing that, there is nothing patriotic about it. Apparently the man’s wife just dumped him the day before. We know very little about his motives. But of course you want to make it all about “MAGA” types, and want to pretend we’re “the real threat”.

The word could apply in both cases. A religious terrorist believes they're supporting and being true and loyal to their religion. So in context, that would be "religious patriotism".

It's just a word. Patriots build Auschwitz.

That's a lot of bitchin' for someone who claims not to be triggered. You call the car bomber a 'patriot' because he was in the military but his actions were not patriotic. Why would you insist you know what he was thinking?

American patriots come in different racial lineages, income strata, sexes, and sexual preferences. The one thing that unites patriots is their belief that the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights, remains the best document ever created for a government and its people.
Any person trying to blow up and kill people on the right or left are fringe, unstable and not indicative of your normal patriotic American.
An exception are those that kill in the name of Allah/Islam. They are preached from childhood, hatred towards all non-believers who refuse to convert to Islam.
They are neither fringe nor mentally unstable, just filled with hatred from their so-called holy book.

ATTN: Retard.
Somebody killed him and stuck him in a vehicle and blew it up.
There's nothing saying he did anything wrong.

Well, maybe if you're going to use it in weird ways, you need to make it a little clearer.

A scapegoat?

You think McVeigh didn't blow up that building in OK?

You think this dude didn't blow his brains out in a car with explosives in it?

Then who?

Maybe, but it's a different word. It's like the difference between racism and xenophobia, two different things that might exist for the same reasons.

Probably who detonated the explosive, you ******* moron! He did not.
How did a guy that was shot in the head detonate himself, you drooling nincompoop!
This thing screams rogue operators.
