But it will likely be part of Trumps defense, to prove Cohen as a liar or untrustworthy....and Trump relied on Cohen for legal advice and did not know it was illegal could be another for the Stormy hush money defense of Donald.

But that may not get Trump out of the books cooking, Trump could say it was Alan Weisselberg, his accountant and not him, perhaps?

That untrustworthyness, is likely why Cohen had to supply tangible evidence, of the cooking of the books, to prove his claim, and any tapes of conversations.... To the grand jury, to back up his claims.
