Kinda reminds us of the Trayvon Martin case. The one where a photo was shown of him by his parents when he was younger, and when he was in his football jersey that suggested a young vibrant young man with a big future ahead of him.

After the event that unfolded on the night that unfortunately ended his life, the case was a tough one for anyone to figure out, uhhhh and that's if they ever did figure that one out.

I thought it was pretty clear at trial, and so did the jury.

The reactions by loved one's are normal reactions found in parent's or loved one's that want to shine a positive light on their loved one's no matter what the situation is or was. It's understandable. So it has to be that the evidence stands or it doesn't, but hopefully the thorough investigation will determine innocence or not in a case that had to be taken all the way to the Supreme court.

My hopes is that the guy gets a fair and decent shake if he's as innocent as his wife and family claims, otherwise if he's somehow not what it appeared in the eye's of the government.

All that has been done, though. A judge in 2019 ruled that he was a verified gang member. He stayed in the country because the Biden administration saw nothing wrong with a verified gang member who immigrated illegally staying as long as he liked.

Trump was elected in large part to change that.

Kilmar has little hope for a future, and that is sad. But where were the Democrat tears for Laken Riley, who not has no hope whatsever? No more than Jocylen Nungaray, Kate Steinle, and countless other less famous victims of illegal alien violence.

Can any Democrat on this thread spare a sentence for each of them? One sentence for all three of them?

Yes agree, and if he was ever engaged in the types of thing's that were evidenced in those cases, and this be it directly or indirectly, then America is better off without him. Heck his family is better off without him.

They best get it right however, otherwise if somehow a man's innocence hangs in the balance.
