You know very well that was from a bond hearing with Judge Kessler early in the process in April 2019, not his asylum hearing with Judge Jones (I may have said Davis in an earlier post, his first name is David) at the end of the process.

The Judge that made the final determination, Judge Davis, found Abreo Garcia's claims, testimony and supporting documents to be creditable.

The asylum hearing in October superceeds the shoot from the hip bond hearing from April because the defendent actually had time to present counter evidence.

And this is the fouth time I will have pointed out you are relying on a bond hearing where Abrego Garcia had limited to obtain and present contrary evidence to the governments claimes.

Immigration Judge Jones didn't buy it in 2019 and Federal District Court Judge Xinis didn't buy it in 2025.
