Is there any USMB member who believes all deported Tren de Aragua members be returned to the US?

It’s real simple folks.

If you came into this country illegally, it would be wise for you to go back home on your own.

If you refuse to do so, then you’ll be deported.

And all of the crying, and garment rending over your current location isn’t going to save you in the end.

Americans are fed up with this crap.

seems you are fed up with due process per the constitution.

why do you hate the consitution?

It reads that the gang sent him to the U.S. The paragraph is about the gang, so "they" would be the gang.

If they meant that his family sent him, that was really poor writing by the journalist.
The gang did no such thing you lying ****.

His is free it’s sent him to ESCAPE the gangs.

And then there’s this

A judge ruled six years ago that he be granted protection tion from deportation

So stop lying

Rule of law matters

Ignore that and we become a country not even YOU will like
It’s kinda all ready there, with the “vote expansion invasion” you dems tried to pull off…

You had to know that something like this was a possibility.

How many illegals did y’all think you’d get away with before Americans started saying ‘woah, time out’?

Save us your right wing fantasies and rationalizations. If that was too big a word for you look it up

Your argument is with Newsweek, then, not with me. It's possible that Newsweek got it wrong and it was his family that sent him. But Newsweek said it was the gang.

From your link:

A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to return a Maryland man who was mistakenly deported to a prison in El Salvador.
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was expelled last month along with hundreds of alleged gang members, must be returned to the US by no later than Monday, US District Judge Paula Xinis ordered.

How can you take that seriously? It is an impossible order. It seems designed to give media talking heads another excuse to accuse Trump of "ignoring" a court order. That's why I was willing to make that lopsided wager with you and why you knew better than to accept it.

If Trump had suddenly "snapped out of it" (as you would see it) and said, "Holy COW! I can't keep ignoring these judges. This Paula chick is far more powerful than I! All hands on deck! Your priority is to get this Kilmar guy back to the U.S. immedately!" it could not be done by Monday. That order was issued with zero good faith.

You still did not way whether you think he should be released in El Salvador and given a plane ticket to illegally immigrate to Maryland again?

As I explain here:

Immigration judges work for the Department of Justice. They are not like federal judges who are an independent branch. Under Merrick Garland, those DOJ judges were giving out "protection from deportation" like candy. Now the grownup are in charge again, and Halloween meets April Fools is over.

donny is funding them by paying off their leader. all he hasto do is cut him off from prison funding but with a little personal palm greasing. yer chosen one can make a deal too sweet if he wanted to. he doesn't want to because it will only shine a brighter light on that incompetence.

He's under his 'jurisdiction thereof' now.

Do another doob while buying all your goods from China made with slave labor........you know, just like 'donny' does...........

Here Pam Bondi explains how these gang members are fooling the Dems by hiding in plain sight and maintaining jobs, or training while participating in the murders and other crimes as gang members.

Then it was extremely poorly written, since the paragraph the sentence with the word "they" in it was about the gang.

Did it make him legal, that his family sent him? Why do you hate the rule of law?

You still haven't answered whether you think El Salvador should release him and he should be given a plane ticket back to the U.S.

Why would that be a hard question to answer, if he is just an innocent victim?

Of course he should be released from prison and sent back

Arnold.webp

I don't care what gang they were in, that prison in El Salvador is just a torture chamber. I wouldn't send Satan himself there.
