Is there any USMB member who believes all deported Tren de Aragua members be returned to the US?

Hmmmm, that gang sign stuff can easily be reinterpreted on the fly if necessary, but other evidence must be present before the suspect is considered to be part of a gang, so undoubtedly they have more evidence than that wouldn't you think ?
I have dealt with gangs and their sign gestures, so it's highly possible that you are making excuses, but maybe not.

as painful as it might be - you need to consider the fact that they don't have more evidence, & they don't care.

The ignorance is astounding in a poster that constantly berates others.

Who is Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia?

Abrego Garcia was born in July 1995, in the Los Nogales neighborhood of San Salvador, El Salvador's capital, according to a court filing from 2019 seen by Newsweek. His mother ran a business selling pupusas, a traditional Salvadoran dish of griddled flatbread, with the family all helping out.

The gang turned their attention to Abrego Garcia, then around 12 years old, following him and continuing to make threats to the wider family. They eventually sent him to the U.S. as well in around 2011 or 2012. He allegedly crossed the border illegally.

Was he sent here by his family to escape the gangs ? The reading of what I read in your posted information seemed to suggest that. Was he sent here ? Who sent him ??

You know everyone in jail is innocent, don't you?

everyone needs to be charged & have their day in court. not detained & shipped outa the country b4 that.

not doing so is unconstitutional. plain & simple. even jeffery dahmer had more rights.

I guess it will all come out in the wash due to the attention it is getting.

Hopefully you are right, and he is rejoined with his family with everyone learning valuable lesson's from it all.
He has NOT been rejoined with his family. The Trump admin is refusing to correct the mistake they admit they made, he’s still in that hell hole prison

Not under the law being used.

If he's a bad guy where he came from, he probably not coming back, even if the judge wigs out.

I agree that anyone slated for deportation for suspected criminal reasoning should have a hearing to determine one's fate. Hopefully this is what happened, and we just weren't made aware of it.

My mistake. He was from El Salvador. I confused him with the other “mistake” who was from Venezuela .

And yes… the kid came to America to ESCAPE the gangs

You’re right and that’s not what’s happening

it didn't happen. that tuft's U student is being detained in louisiana without charges either. because she can't be.

It’s real simple folks.

If you came into this country illegally, it would be wise for you to go back home on your own.

If you refuse to do so, then you’ll be deported.

And all of the crying, and garment rending over your current location isn’t going to save you in the end.

Americans are fed up with this crap.

It's totally up to the sovereign country of El Salvador now.

donny is funding them by paying off their leader. all he hasto do is cut him off from prison funding but with a little personal palm greasing. yer chosen one can make a deal too sweet if he wanted to. he doesn't want to because it will only shine a brighter light on that incompetence.

It reads that the gang sent him to the U.S. The paragraph is about the gang, so "they" would be the gang.

If they meant that his family sent him, that was really poor writing by the journalist.

Rule of law matters

Ignore that and we become a country not even YOU will like

He should have immigrated legally, then.
