Telling the truth about history does not make one a racist. Lying about history to gloss over the truth does

You say that we e can't change the past and your right, we can't change the reality of the past But what we have done is to change the perseption of the past Children have the right to learn real history, not a fairy tail version of it.

You say that we Democrats spread vile hate . Are we spreading hate when we say that the Native Americans landwas stolen? Are we spreading hate when we say that they were forced to give up their language, their culture and their religion under the threat of death? Are we spreading hate when we point out that the Wampanoag tribe, who helped the Pilgrams get through their fist winter, we not even invited to the first Thansgive? That is not spreading hate. It is setting the record straight. When do you fear facts so much?

Telling the truth and resurrecting the reality of the past is not about hating white people. I am white and I say let the thuth be told. I do not feel personally responsible for what happened, we as a race we are. This is about making amends for the misdeeds of our ansestors in whatever small ways that we can.

The Native Tribes are still feeling the effects of the racism that they experienced, and still experience today. As with any aspect of Critical Race Theory - and this is a part of that wider concept- those who want to hide from the truth are the ones who have something to hide

The white people suffered just as much if not MORE than the natives. It was a war. The more technologically advanced won, as they always do. There was no more cruel or savage enemy than the natives. They tortured children to death. They partly disemboweled enemies and left them to die slowly their intestines wound around a stick. The torture of William Crawford took hours. The Indian warriors cut the balls off white men and made tobacco pouches out of the scrotum. They spread syphilis. Stop making excuses. It was a war.
