When it comes to Europe, it's called, "Freedom of expression", or in American speak, "Freedom of Speech". But the difference between Europe and America is, you have to have a brain in Europe when you say something because if you get challenged in court, you have to take responsibility for what you say.

In America, talk shite and claim shite with fuck all evidence, and it doesn't matter. In Europe, the responsible stay out of the court process.
