Are you trump guys really OK with this?

It's a terrible precedent. If the chief executive can't follow the law why should we have to?
Just ask yourself what would happen if you or I defied a court order? What would be coming next for one of us?

When derived from unsound interpretation of legal principles or logic....Yeah.

These liberal judges gumming up the works are about as unsound, and logic deprived as you can get, and they should be ignored. Let the chips fall where they may.

Biden never minded ignoring the SC decision on his inabiliity to forgive student loans without Congress's approval. The arrogant old Dementai Patient actually bragged about defying the Supreme Court.

I bet that never bothered you a bit.

American Presidents may not like Supreme Court decisions, but most since Andrew Jackson haven’t bragged about defying its rulings. Not even Donald Trump. Then there’s President Biden, who, while canceling more student debt this week, boasted about ignoring the Supreme Court’s landmark 2023 ruling that his previous loan forgiveness plan was illegal.

Speaking in Culver City, Calif., on Wednesday, Mr. Biden said his original plan to ā€œprovide millions of working families with debt relief for their college student debtā€ was derailed by ā€œMAGA Republicansā€ and ā€œspecial interestsā€ who challenged the plan in court. ā€œThe Supreme Court blocked it,ā€ Mr. Biden added, ā€œbut that didn’t stop me.ā€ He apparently thinks defying the law is a virtue.

On Wednesday Mr. Biden wrote off another $1.2 billion in student-loan debt, bringing the total amount he has canceled to some $138 billion. That’s not as much as the $400 billion debt cancellation a 6-3 Supreme Court majority struck down last summer, but it’s still a handout to 3.9 million borrowers.

Another false equivalence.
