Which of the two parties are following the Constitution? ... you've specified that "judges side with illegal aliens", so obviously it is government law enforcement who are breaking the law ... in such a case, we are all obligated to interfere and stop law enforcement officials committing crimes ... "No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law." ... including criminals ...

We have to police our own police ...

My understanding is ICE activities in New York City (and elsewhere) is lawful ... but just making it difficult isn't always unlawful ... we have a level of Free Speech Protections for what is obviously political rhetoric ... we can sue ... we can march down the street ... we can elect blowhard idiots to scream and yell ... and we are within our rights to demand 5th Amendment protections for everyone ...
