Well -- it is -- and it isn't. The straight footage isn't edited, but then they had editing fun with dramatic slo-mo and image warping. Looks like a news agency or some professional editing was done. Probably the Trump campaign.

I think it is doctored. But to try and say what is shown on the video is a natural reaction to anything is just trying to make excuses at all costs for Mrs. Tuzla.

There is no law on health at the time of election.

However after 1 year she is required by law to get physicals from then on, and the results get reported to Congress.

It is Congress that would decide if there is a medical issue resulting in unfitness for duty.

So right now no -- right now it is all up to the voters.
