The people of Guam are US Citizens only since 1952. She should have said American Samoa. They still aren't citizens.

They can apply for citizenship and travel freely within the US and US territories though.

Her spokesguy depicted in the video missed a great PR opportunity......and, it seems, Representative MQGreene has failed to follow-up and do any kind of clever and sincere acknowledgment to Guam that she made an ooopsie.....and that she admired their tongue-in-cheek wit.

But alas, I don't think that QGreene is the brightest candled on the cake. IMHO
