I am all for a divided government because it saves us money. Republicans fought Clinton & that lead to a balanced budget. Bush never met a spending bill he didn't like until the democrats took congress. Obama spent like crazy until we got enough republicans in to stop him.

Anybody and everybody older than 50 can tell you that the 'divisions' we have in the country today are nothing to worry about. If you lived through 1968 and have a memory of that year, the year that held too much history, you know that the bickering today is nothing like the knuckle busting that happened back then.

But, young people have no memory. Everything that happens happens to them exclusively and has no precedent, so far as they are concerned. And, the young today were raised on their own 'specialness'. Self centered and short sighted is a combination that leads to extreme "Chicken Little" syndrome.
