Is DEI also inclusive and equitable of concealed carry permit holders, and aren't they a form of diversity?

There's a Goodwill store in town that has this sign posted in the window. The sign reads "We welcome all races, religions, countries of origin, sexual orientations, genders, abilities.

It also has this sign posted on the door...

The first sign includes the word "abilities."

Now isn't isn't the ability to legally and safely carry a concealed weapon without accidentally shooting yourself or someone else in the dick, an "ability"?

It certainly isn't a "disability."
