Baltimore is where you should move.

There is a pretty nice part of Baltimore where my sister lives, very near the Inner Harbor. In fact, we walked the few miles from her brownstone to the Inner Harbor one day, and walked back at night, and it was all good. Very congested neighborhood, gentrification, and it has pushed prices high enough to keep out the riff raff.

I'm sure he can find something affordable in West Baltimore.
