If the Chinese people would rise up and eliminate the Communist party, China would not be a threat.

Not necessarily. What would replace the CCP? Might it not be much worse? A fascist country perhaps? Extremely nationalist and xenophobic? Would it suddenly develop a two party system like ours? What would these parties be based on? Their super rich and corrupt capitalists?

China is, and will be for quite some time, our primary international problem HOWEVER, as they continue to slide ever further down the totalitarian black hole, they will consume themselves. A modern nation cannot survive with that kind of internal atmosphere.
