Why are people so angry so fast? When has being angry ever HELPED with decision making? Why is the average person so ignorant on so many important issues?

They have been stupid and uneducated forever (barely 25% get a college degree and that's not much). Their inner racist got the anger to boil over when Obama had the audacity to extent unemployment for nearly unlimited time and the HC bill was a redistribution/retribution on earners.
