The worst was when the right sold out the integrity of ALL US media to foreign interests. Yes, fux is the worst but they're not the only ones. Not by a long shot.

When the media are concentrated in the hands of a few mega-corporations which are owned by a few super-rich interests, and when the courts are filled with toady judges who rubber-stamp everything that the Rich and Powerful want, then it can confidently be said that the Constitution is dead.

I am sure that is what the great mathematician and logician Kurt Gödel meant when he said way back in the 1940's, after studying the US Constitution for his citizenship test, that he could see a way that the Constitution could be overthrown.

Of course, Gödel had the example of Nazi Germany before his eyes, where the media were carefully controlled, and where Hitler, immediately upon becoming Chancellor, started filling the Bench with judges who were Nazis.
