It has some epic scenes but also so many silly , over the top BS

I don’t know ??

The ending was absurd
The assassins in the public nightclub was silly
Pacino counting his $$$ with agents was dumb

Him killing his best friend??
His accent ??

I give it a B

Yeah, over the top.

Clearly unrealistic and ultra violent. O!liver Stone and Brian De Palma that's why. It lingers with you like Salvador, another ultra violent Oliver Stone movie starring James Woods. I'd argue that Salvador was far more terrifying.

It took us ten years to get those criminal scumbags out of our country but we did it because we didn't have TDS judges blocking us....

I'll give it a B-.
Al Pacino's best movies: The Godfather trilogy, Carlito's Way, Devil's Advocate, Dog Day Afternoon and Heat. The Godfather trilogy was the best of the lot.

Some was quite good, some went too far. His burying his face in a huge mound of coke particularly stands out. That would kill anyone rather quickly.

What about Donnie Brasco ??
