A common tactic of people who who are unable to refute the truth about 80 years of Zionist genocide and criminal expansionism is to resort to off-topic gossip and slander.
It is an irrefutable fact that Israel's war mongers have used False Flag attacks to deceive the US into fighting wars for Zionist expansionism and "Greater Israel" regional hegemony since the Lavon Affair in 1954, the USS Liberty in 1967 etc.

I hate to burst your fanciful belief that Iran is a Democracy.
Fact: Iran is a Theocracy, not a Democracy. It's a unitary system with one legislative house and several oversight bodies, all dominated by the nation's 300 clergy, with supreme authority resting with the ranking cleric, who at this time is the Ayatollah Khomeini.
The 300 clergy meet annually and review any and all presidential candidates that are put forth. Through the process of elimination, ensuring that the final candidates are not radical for the cleric's beliefs. The ranking cleric gives his blessing and those remaining candidates, are put to the public for a vote. Nothing there smacks of Democracy.
