All the folks that were not military have already been released.

Thus, the proper term is POW. I have no doubt that the Palestinians would trade the POWs they hold, for the POW's that Israel has. But then, the Likud party doesn't really want this to end. It has already been revealed they have approved the Hannibal directive for this operation.
