It should raise corporate tax rates, the current system is corporate welfare. Ireland is a small economy, who is pimping itself to multinationals. It is time for fair taxation. Why is it right for corporations and wealthy individuals to shop around for the lowest tax rates, the average Joe and Joan can't do that.
