The UK has approved gastric stapling for obese children. In other news, there's apparantly no picture of fat kids other than the kid at McDonald's in a baseball cap.

Israeli sattelite provider Yes TV has dropped BBC World in favor of Al-Jazeera English, because even Al-Jazeera is kinder to Israel than the BBC.

A murder charge was dropped in a PS3 shooting. Why? The grand jury foreman accidentally checked the wrong box.
