Instead Of Civil War

OH, ok I get you now. I believe under current stare decisis, counties are not viewed as separate entities from the larger state.
In a unanimous decision in the 1907 U.S. Supreme Court case "Hunter v. City of Pittsburgh," Justice William Moody wrote, "Municipal corporations are political subdivisions of the State, created by it and at all times wholly under its legislative control."

The Oregon government has to agree before the secession could occur. If the counties and both states agree then who is there left who could sue?

Commies are all about control, do you seriously think the commie MFs in Oregon are going to give up their control of those counties?

.

The split is inevitable. Most of the country rejects the nanny state.
This is a political map of the country by county

Fortunately, land doesn't vote, people do.

Red states already get a disproportionately oversized representation by having 2 Senators in states where there is only one House Representative.
People live in most all of those red areas.

The current conditions are not sustainable. We need to man up here in Texas. Our governor (Rick Perry) used to talk about it openly.

What do we need from Boy Toucher, OR? or Shitstain, NJ? Absolutely fucking nothing. Their only contributions are meth and kiddie porn, and the animals that need that shit can freely leave Texas and move there before we close the border.

Yes, TX needs to secede and then the rest of the US can celebrate.

People live in most all of those red areas.
The people who make this country work live in those red areas. People who are productive. The people who create things, build things and fix things. The patriotic people who fly flags, worship God, and are independent rugged Americans.

The oxygen thieves that dominate the urban blue areas are the welfare crowd, government drones and cock suckers that loathe the country. They want to be "citizens of the world".

They can go live in Pyongyang for all I care.

Yup. Most all areas of the country have at least some residents.

So in your world, areas with at least some residents count the same as an area with many, many residents

We are a nation of “We the People” not We the Land Mass

So, land does vote then.
