Based on what I saw... the person at fault is the stewardess. Obviously in the video she is a little too power hungry and rude to have this job. Any job dealing with the public, you have to have thick skin. Clearly she does not. Everything that I could see the couple were not argumentative at all, the only one with the attitude was the stewardess.
Hopefully she is at the very least reprimanded

Coyote and I do not see eye to eye on most stuff....but I consider her a friend and do NOT wish her to go away. I worked at a hotel near a international airport and we had 3 airlines with contracts for their flight crews for overnights, deadheads, etc. And I can honestly say out of all the flight crews I ran into delta was consistently the rudest, arrogant and snobby ones. Not all, but 80% of them were. Everyone of them would just shit talk about their passengers without mercy every time. They were terrible. They would gloat constantly about how they put people in their place.

And I'm not surprised she was black. Blacks are in general the most I'll tempered, hot headed, emotionally charged, loud mouthed people. Most of them have no control over their emotions and think hostility and rudeness is a way of life.
