First, the big new aircraft carrier. Now this beaut.

The second most populous nation in the world doesn't seem to be messing around. Now, I don't mean this as criticism as it's not my place to judge another nation. But, how much of its own poverty and illiteracy could be erased by the money spent to build this ship?
