The insanity continues across America.

This is sickening.

The Court of Appeals in Indiana on Friday upheld a trial court’s decision to remove from a family’s home their child because the parents did not acknowledge their child’s transgender identity, and the child began suffering from anorexia. The court determined that the refusal to go along with the child's gender identity constituted abuse.

Parents MC and JC filed an appeal against an Initial/Detention Order claiming that the Dispositional order, as well as the trial court’s prior order, are "erroneous," and violate their constitutional rights to care, custody, and control of their child, as well as their right to exercise their religion, as well as their freedom of speech. The court ruled that the parents’ appeal was "moot," and declined to address it.

...

Until this evil is stopped, responsible people need to refuse to breed any more victims for this evil cult, or at the very least, keep them out of the public school system. This is exactly why home schoolers need to stick together in as large communities as possible, to give their children social experiences with normal children.

The heavy, authoritarian, hand of the government is what you can expect whenever, and wherever, Republicans are in power.

People should beware.

It is not Republicans who are supporting and promoting this insane and destructive bullshit.

Your side owns this, completely.

The child became anorexic...
Sure the verbal abuse started way before that point...and the child was removed from a RESIDENTIAL school, likely because of behavioral issues. Then the parents did not have time or care enough to properly parent the child. And when the child rebelled in the only manners possible...the child lost weight.
The parents didn't get psychological help for the child nor did they seek counseling for themselves to understand how to properly parent the child. (Which most child counselors believe is more needed than child counseling)
This lack of seeking professional help is the main reason for the child being removed from the home. This coupled with the verbal abuse and lack of supervision (neglect) are the contributing reason why.

The child's transgender choice and the parents religious beliefs are red herrings to the issues that the court decided upon. (As usual)

The child was denied mental Healthcare, was neglected, and abused verbally when around parents. Of course the state wanted to remove the child and found license to do so.

Big Government running in and kidnapping children from unsuspecting parents is central to this topic.

Thank you.
And "Big Government" is, currently........................................................ whom?

The people running in and kidnapping children are LEFTIST DEMOCRATS.

Come on, Marc, you are usually a little bit more astute than this.

Is Big Government a specific group, or specific actions?

And for all this information, you relied on an editorial piece on a site called "Post Millennial". :laughing0301:
