Their “due process” should have been a border patrol agent demanding the “asylum seeker” provide proof he or she was in danger from the government of their home country. Economic hardship is not grounds for political asylum. No proof, immediately is cause to permanently reject the immigrant/“asylum seeker”.

Rather than wasting resources on this fascist idiocy, efforts should be made to accommodate those seeking asylum in a timely, efficient, and humane manner.
