How many of them immigrated before the modern era during the Ottoman Period?

The real questions would be - why did the numbers of immigrating Muslims rise so enormously since 1990?
Respectively from 1990 around 12 million Muslims in the EU, to now presently 26 million?

The Muslims were there because of the Ottoman Empire. Before that Israel belonged to the Romans, before that Israel belonged to Babylon. Before that the property belonged to the Assyrian Empire. And before all of that it belonged to the Jews. Israel has been invaded some 40 times.
