In what order would you rank the US, Russia, and rest of NATO in a conevntional war?

In terms of a long, drawn out conventional war with no nukes, how would you rate the following in terms of military might? Let's assume it was preceded by a few years of building up before peace talks broke down.

US - 300 million people with massive GDP and massive modern military
Russia - 143 million people with weak GDP and large slightly outdated military
rest of NATO - 600 million people with strong GDP except neglected military

U.S. vs. Russia
U.S. vs. rest of NATO
Russia vs. rest of NATO

How do those fights go?
