In scathing ruling, judge halts part of Trump's executive order against prominent Democratic-tied law firm Perkins Coie

The legislative can appoint judges, but can not remove them.
Appointing a judge is not harmful to anyone, but removing one is, so requires a hearing.

Are you drunk?

I would say the opposite is true:
  • No one has ever been harmed by the removal of a judge (except the errant judge himself), but /many/ people have been harmed by appointing asshole judges.

Why should they have access to our sensitive information? Because they pay off the FBI and judges? Theyu screwed Trumo and colluded with Hellery and the FBI.
trump is the one punishing law firms. But he is finding the US legal and educational systems will not roll over like they did in Hungary.

Lawyers need security clearances if they represent people involved in classified information. Such as military contracts.

But they typically don't retain them. Once the case is over, the security clearance is revoked

How does a President not have the authority to do this?
Presidents have been regulating contractors and shit for decades.
Seems like more activism than actual constitutionality.

The law firm is involved in hundreds of military contracts that all require a security clearance, so it is not at all over and never will be.

Ok, but still, they would get a clearance on a case by case basis. Generally they wouldn't maintain a permanent security clearance, and then, the entire law firm wouldn't need a clearance, only those who work on sensitive government material.

Why should I pay for someone elses college education in wokism?

Judge shuts Trump down...again.
I am so shocked.
When will he learn that he is not the King..or the dictator--and that rule of law applies to him...he cannot use his office to pursue his personal vendettas.
When his term runs out or he is impeached. Until then, I expect this will continue. And I frankly like that he is pushing this because the legal responses are locking in what a president can and cannot do.
This one won't even make it through the SCOTUS, as it is just too egregious to stand.
Was that in the ruling? If not, where did you get this from?
When, where & how did Biden attack the lives & livelihoods of millions of people?
She and others allowed a false narrative into the election arena that could have sway the choices of tens of millions. Thank heavens it was exposed for the lie that Hillary Clinton told.

I predict a bunch of federal judges being removed in the not too distant future.
Far as I know, a federal judge can only be removed from office through the impeachment process. That ain't gonna happen; for sure some of them should be removed but well, politics.

Using presidential clout to go after your political opponents is not cool, even if justified.

Why should we taxpayers pay for you to be educated at Harvard?

It is authoritarian...trump's wet dream.

Funny I was about to say the same thing about wokism. Look, I/we don't give a rat's ass if someone is woke or even wants to become more radicalized at Harvard. Just don't make ME pay for it.
Why not? You clearly have no idea what is good for you.
