If Trump was still President those servicemen would still likely be alive and well, the Taliban would still be in check, and there would still be peace in Afghanistan. His plan for withdrawal from Afghanistan was contingent on the Taliban behaving themselves and they believed him with good reason. His plan for withdrawal was to be orderly and measured and we would have left with everybody who wanted/needed to be out and we would have destroyed anything the Taliban could use and taken all our stuff.

The way Biden did it was an open invitation for the Taliban to move in. It was irresponsible, tragic, embarrassing for the USA, deadly, and left Americans and allies behind as well as billions of dollars of U.S. weapons, vehicle, supplies, equipment for the Taliban to use.
It was also a signal to the world that Biden was a weak, ineffective, feckless who wouldn't act or would barely act President and that resulted in Russia invading the Ukraine, Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran attacking Israel, the Houthi's uprising, China threatening Taiwan and North Korea provocatively firing missiles/rockets over South Korea and Japan again. All that had stopped under Trump
