This is a surprising crack in the armor. Usually congressmen signing a letter like this would expect it to end their political carers and be branded as "antisemites."

"Washington, DC – A group of Democrats in the United States Congress have called on the State Department to break the US government’s longstanding silence on Israel’s nuclear capabilities.

In a letter sent to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the Democrats pointed to the US-Israel war on Iran as the reason more clarity is urgently needed.

While Israel is believed to have possessed nuclear weapons since the 1960s, it maintains ā€œa policy of nuclear opacity, never officially confirming the existence of its nuclear weapons program and arsenalā€, according to the Washington, DC-based Nuclear Threat Initiative.

The White House has also long maintained ambiguity on the issue, despite a handful of glancing admissions. In turn, lawmakers in Congress have launched several coordinated public efforts for greater transparency amid decades of bipartisan support for Israel.

ā€œCongress has a constitutional responsibility to be fully informed about the nuclear balance in the Middle East, the risk of escalation by any party to this conflict, and the administration’s planning and contingencies for such scenarios,ā€ the letter, signed by 30 members of Congress, said. ā€œWe do not believe we have received that information.ā€

ā€œMembers of Congress are right to question why Israel’s development of nuclear weapons gets a free pass while we’re trying to prevent Iran from acquiring them,ā€

In this case, they can demand, but unlikely they will get it. But, definitely won't end any careers.

The only reason is because Trump is president and not Biden. If Biden were president all of these people would be smeared as anti semitic Nazis

Let the Left eat Static. It is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

As usual, a group of "democrats" are trying to use their illicit, infiltrated position in government to carry out espionage against the USA and Israel. Their only interest in getting a detailed list of Israel's exact nuclear arsenal is to immediately leak it back both to Iran and other hostile agents to assess their weakness and vulnerability toward farther attack, and to use that information in a campaign of focused media attacks accusing and denouncing the state of Israel of all kinds of heinous misinformation.

TOO BAD YOU AIN'T GETTING NUTTIN'. To any requests from democrats for specific details on Israel's nuclear capability, the answer back will be:

NONE OF YOUR F-ING BUSINESS, THAT IS A MATTER OF INTERNAL NATIONAL SECURITY OF ISRAEL'S.
