There are a lot of theories. Joe Biden immediately became well-known for being corrupt and his begging for lobby money was infamous. It carried with him throughout his life and he even involved his family in influence peddling among foreign nations, especially China and Ukraine. As the democrat party morphed into today's corrupt dumocrap party, his expertise in corruption was extremely beneficial to the newer generation of corrupt dumocraps. As was Pelosi's, Schumer's and quite a few other prominent dumocraps of the 90's through to today. Of course they were all racist, but they were allowed to be, and are still allowed to be. Now the baton is being passed to the current crop of corrupt dumocraps like Ilhan Omar, and the racism has gone over the top. To hide all this racism and corruption they must constantly say that the GOP is racist and corrupt, look over there, and certainly not here, please. It is the bread and butter play from the dumocrap party.

If one connects the dots, Biden was scared to death of his children mixing with black kids. But he was more scared of black people escaping the ghettos and eventually moving to his white neighborhood and not only ruining the neighborhood but also bringing down the real estate market there. Ever wonder why the dumocraps have been saying they are the protectors of the black community, but all they are really doing is keeping them in the hood to protect their own neighborhoods and the property values.
