It would take a Constitutional Amendment, but I would not object to allocating electoral college votes by congressional district, with the remaining 100 to be cast by each State allocating 2 EV's to the Statewide winner.
That would make every Congressional district equal in importance to the campaigns. Republicans would have to campaign in blue states, and dems would have to campaign in red states.
It would get rid of the election being decided in 6 "swing" states every time...
