The fact is Blinken and Morell colluded specifically to give xiden a talking point for the debate with Trump in 2020. The actual language used is irrelevant, all they had to do was create doubt about the validity of the NY Post story about the laptop. Mission accomplished. The only problem is some that signed the letter violated the law in doing so. It was election interference and fraud plain and simple. They provide a service to the xiden campaign, at the request of the campaign. And failed to report the in kind contribution to the FEC. I can think of close to a half dozen laws that were violated, not just by the 51 that signed the letter, but the campaign as well.
