American-born physicians are rushing to get out of medicine thanks in large part to obamacareless, and a (very) limited number of applicants are allowed in to medical schools in this country each year. The system of training new doctors is a mess. Physicians aren't being "replaced," there is a desperate need for more and we don't have them sitting around here.
