In a sense, it doesn't. It's just nobody has owned the issue like he's done. He chose to. But immigration itself doesn't have anything to do with him; it has more to do with every president before him not stepping up to the plate to address it.

Where in the Constitution does it say we have to have unlimited immigration quotas?
Furthermore, immigrants do not consist of one singular race, they consist of many races and ethnicities. Profiling is mandatory if you are to enforce immigration laws. If innocent people are caught in the net, then that's an acceptable risk. They are set free, and the rest are tried.
You use the law and the Constitution as a crutch, a scapegoat to allow an illegal practice. It's wrong. You either want all just laws to be obeyed or you don't. There's no in betweens.

I am so sick and tired of people confusing legal immigration with ILLEGAL immigration. I think they do it purposely in an attempt to give their side some weight of legitimacy. But it's all based, as you said, on a complete lie. Luckily, Vance disarmed that argument in about 3.2 seconds.

They are purposely 'confusing' the issue to further their globalist agendas. We've watched the progression---Illegal Aliens became Illegal Immigrants became Undocumented Immigrants (because no person is illegal) became Migrants LOL, even to the point of the 'Maryland Man." Immigrants do not consist of purely one race. It just so happens that Hispanic individuals are the main source of the problem. So what do you do? You seek them out and ignore the rest. You address the main issue.
No amount of crying and bitching about it will change the nature of how these laws are enforced.

So, like I said, it so happens that members of a particular race or ethnicity are the source of the problem. They aren't being profiled. They are the problem.

They have rights, but in the end, the process must be obeyed. If they are innocent, they are innocent. The law is the law.
As for what other parts of the Constitution I'm "willing to trash," I would have to say specifically the parts you've invented.

I would ask PK, if 20 people looking for day work in front of Home Depot are Hispanic and 5 more are Asian or white, is it wrong or racial profiling if you detain them all and it turns out all 25 are illegally in the country?
