Not really anymore. They have done a good job of ruining those also.

Solo lost money. Not a single one of their re-releases made money. And every single installment released since they released The Force Awakens has underperformed in the box office. And the roughly $1 billion dollar "Galactic Starcruiser" was a complete bomb.

And the MCU is going the same route. More than a few have lost money, others have barely broken even. The last one to exceed box office expectations was "Spider-Man: No Way Home", and that was not a Disney movie but Sony. The last actual Disney MCU movie to make a large profit was Endgame.

And most of the MCU was only saved in the overseas box office. The same was the case (barely) with the Disney remakes. However, the movie is tanking overseas, so even if it makes over $1 billion it will likely tank, as the overseas box offices only return around 20% of that to the company. Compared to around 60% of the domestic box office. Most experts that know facts like that are still questioning if the movie will break-even before it leaves theaters.
