Most likely, yes. We know he had Alzheimer's and probably should have stepped down in his second term in a dignified way instead of everyone trying to hide his impairment. He did have a competent VP who could have stepped in to finish it out, unlike Joe.

The bottom line is the presidency is a tough job that requires the best of those in office, not the worst, and we're getting the worst with Joe Biden. You've said you have full confidence he could handle the 3am emergency call. That's a stupid thing to say, given the decline that only the most partisan can ignore.
