I'm losing weight

Well done, keep it going. Make sure you are eating well and not starving yourself. And some omega 3 fat every day actually helps to break open the fat deposits and burn them. It's an enzyme issue. :D

I'm 5'10', 212, 38 waist, not tight; when I rip, I have a 35-36 waist. I'm comfortable with that. 34 looks too small on me and out of proportion to my shoulders. By the spring, I will be about 180-185, which is about right for me.
