Joe has laid the precedent that when law enforcement is weaponized against someone for political purposes, an unconditional blanket pardon is in store. A high percentage of Americans believe that the justice system was weaponized against Trump and politically motivated and that was reflected in Trump's big win. This should also be extended to most of the Jan 6th peaceful protesters. So, I can only assume that Biden will be doing this in the near future since he has set the precedent. I mean what is done for one side should also apply equally to the other side as well, shouldn't it? Or, does the justice system have two tiers, one for Democrats and a different one for Republicans?

Should the Supreme Court review this pardon?

since when did MAGATs forget about the pardons of past presidents and family members?

No, it hurts dems more by not fighting it. Just wait until Hunter is forced to testify under oath in Congress about his laundry list of crimes. If he lies he goes to prison, if he tells the truth about ALL of his families crimes, this will haunt democrats for generations.

If the Republicans and Trump have any balls they'll push it against Hunter Biden.

The stench on that crack head is putrid

Biden isn't going to do it because they are not on his side. Trump will be issuing pardons shortly after he takes charge Jan 20th. He might not give complete pardons to those that committed violence.

I have no doubt that Hunter will come down with a bout of amnesia at that time.

Bet he's gooned already.

Anyone see his pictures with the family at Disney Park or something like that? He had a catatonic look on his face. Looked like someone zoned out on Prozac.

Pardoning the 1/6 patriots would save Biden's tattered image.

Should all the Floyd rioters be pardoned then ? Shouldn’t Trump do this on his first day in office?

Duh, most had charges dropped.

Duh..

Of of the approximate 2,500 protesters who illegally invaded the Capitol were only 1265 were charged with anything…only about 10% were charged with a felony, the rest were charged with misdeamenors and let free. Of the Floyd protests, those who committed serious offenses (assault, arson, etc.) were charged and a number received stiff sentences. Of course, some notable differences…they didn’t tbe Capitol, weren’t attempting overthrow an election, and we weren’t calling “patriots” and “political prisoners” for assaulting police and destroying property.

Surely you must agree they are unfairly incarcerated and deserve to be pardoned right? At the very least we need to be calling them patriots and political prisoners right?
