Not bad for a Canuck.

We call it July 4th because, that's the day it falls on. Also, we don't hate the Brits, we just didn't like the way they treated us. Plus, their Personal Hygiene was, and still is, suspect. So we call it that so as not to throw it in their long-nosed faces that we kicked their asses. Then waited about 30 years and did it again.

They haven't bothered us since then. Too much. But they do let their pride get in the way too often and we really don't want to have to kick their asses again so we call it July 4th in hopes of not upsetting them.

No Kings is merely a protest against Trump, but not against what’s really the problem. It demands nothing of the ruling class, but opposing Trump.
