Illinois Governor JB Pritzker Announces Punitive Actions Against El Salvador in Defense of Deported MS-13 Illegal Alien

I think people should have a trial before they’re sentenced and incarcerated.

Why don’t want that?

The El Salvadorian Constitution provides for a state of exception when the country is at risk.

Once that state of exception is over, then everyone will get their trial.

The magnificent CECOT facility includes video communications equipment so that the gangsters can receive all of their due process without leaving the pod.

So he’s seized authoritarian power by declaring an emergency.

Sounds like something a fascist would do.

Ask SCOTUS. They are the ones that said Kilmer Abrego Garcia was deported illegally.
You made the claim. It’s in your to back it up.

Which statute did the SC say Trump violated?

Good morning Hollie,

What does he mean by "directing State agencies to take actions against the country of ES"?

Just playing this out, since the Governor is in charge of his states National Guard, does that mean he could deploy the NG to ES to forcibly take Garcia?

Governors like Pritzker are coming dangerously close to violating the Constitution, and opening himself up to arrest.
Democrats are inventing their own foreign policy. Democrats refuse to follow American laws, American foreign policies, and are setting up a parallel government.

You guys celebrate Bukele, who imprisons people without due process, without charges, and without any hope.

He’s an authoritarian and conservatives celebrate him.
1. Garcia HAS had due process.
2. He was under not one, but two orders of deportation.
3. Bukele is a duly elected leader of ES.
4. He has told the US in the Oval Office that Garcia isn’t coming back to the US.

So, the story is over. Unless Pritzker plans to use NG to enter ES, and take him…good luck with that.

Democrats don't give a shit about Garcia. He's nothing but a temporary PROP they are using for propaganda and will be shit on an discarded by Dems as soon as he's used up and they move on to some other fake ass BS.

The story isn’t over because you are defending authoritarianism and taking away people’s human rights.

Bukele may be elected but he’s still an authoritarian dictator who you celebrate.

It’s really not hard to have principles, so I’m not sure why you don’t care about them anymore.

Your opinion of me is irrelevant

Bukele is democratically elected, and is tremendously popular.

El Salvador went from the most dangerous place on the planet to one of the safest.

Facts are very relevant. Trump is using Bukele to deprive people of basic human rights and you don’t want to talk about it.

What does that have to do with protecting human rights?

President Bukele is protecting the human rights of Law Abiding El Salvadorians from being violating through extortion and murder by MS 13 and Barrio 18.

And that's why the people love the hombre.

CECOT was opened up before President Trump was sworn in.

Trump isn't "using" him at all, he just is working out deals.
