Illegal Dares Trump To Deport Him While Holding A Child He Claims Is His Kid Born In America...Demanding $20K To Leave

If they end up in the streets, it will be on the streets of their home country. No optics here. If they return and and up on the streets, we'll, how stupid can they be.

🤷‍♀️ you don't think CNN will keep tabs on them, just in case something goes wrong and they can blast it to all the US?

Trump will not deport US citizens. He can't. Why are you even bothering with this statement?

Both Trump and Holman have been in that position of power, and will soon be again. WTF are you babbling about? Try and make sense, please.

Because that's what some here are suggesting? The citizen baby can go to Mexico with the parents?

What you call babbling, I call making a valid point. I want illegal immigration to stop as much as the next person, but I'm not letting emotion blind me to realism.

I'm surprised I'm the only one who can see it.

Dad goes. He gets to chose what to do with the kid.

The kid can stay if the dad wants him to.

From the looks of things, he might be better off that way.

The dad isn't going anywhere. That's my take on it. I'll be curious to see if I'm wrong.

Who is going to report on it? The lame stream media doesn't give two shits about illegals being sent home once they are of no use politically.
Anyone who thinks they can use it to hurt Republicans, now and down the line.

No. For one thing, these deportees have extensive families back home. They weren't on the streets when they left. No reason why they would be upon return. Then, rich Americanos with lots of equipment would be robbed every day.

You have just made an excellent case for ending birthright citizenship.

Can't do that because then children born to Americans wouldn't be citizens.

They just need to define "subject to the jurisdiction of". We have laws and are a sovereign country, birthright citizenship was not intended to be abused like it is, and then allow for entire families to immigrate to the US based off of the citizen baby.

Never know. We don't know the stories of all of these people and how they lived in Mexico.

I guess time will tell

No one cares once they are deported. Illegals are facing a very hostile America now, and it only gets worse every time an illegal kills an American citizen. That's why we all know the names of the victims by heart.

Yes, that would be voluntary. Did you not understand that simple concept?

You can't make them take the baby, but they have the option. That doesn't affect the citizenship rights of the child, who can return to the US when they are an adult. The child could also remain behind in the care of relatives that are legal US citizens. But you simply cannot forcibly deport an individual child that is a citizen.

A good reason to end birthright citizenship.
Have you got that constitutional amendment all prepped and ready to go and all of the Dems in the Congress and the state legislatures committed to approving it?

What happens if there are no relatives here? The federal government does not have the authority to raise these 'citizen' children nor do they have the authority to foist them on the states. Do the just leave them on the streets?

I'm sure that the Congress and Senate of Idaho are working with our incredible president.
Do you know what it takes to amend the Constitution? the process is actually in the Constitution if you would care to read it. To summarize, you stand a snowballs chance in hell of getting everyone to agree on changing it.
'
The Congress and Senate of Idaho? WTF is that? Do you mean the Representatives and Senators from Idaho? It will take a lot more than just the four of them!

I know what it takes to amend the Constitution. And I know what it takes to interpret it.
