If you're in the Guard, and you commit crimes for Trump, you are going to be prosecuted

No but they won’t allow corrupt civilians to prosecute their brothers and sisters for political crimes.
If a national guardsman commits a crime the prosecution of that crime is corrupt?

Are you that stupid?

When the “crime” is no crime the prosecution is corrupt. If the governor wants to prosecute someone, it should be the commander or the president, not the grunt.

If there is no crime, then there is no crime.

If they commit a crime, then there is a crime.

Is that hard for you to understand.

The governors of Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas almost certainly considered their Guard troops to be committing crimes when they were used to enforce desegregation against state laws. This would be the same thing. They were just smart enough to not give their Guardsmen a reason to tar and feather them for prosecuting Guardsmen.

And those prosecutions will be under state law where Trump's pardon infamy does not work. And if you think a "just following orders" defense will save you, you should study up on the Nuremberg trials of the Nazis after World War II.

Bigly!!!
Nope.

You realize a person in a mask can be identified and also can be arrested. Why are no ICE being arrested? Because no crime is being committed. Just hurt feelings crime
Are you serious here? A masked, armed, and armored federal agent will not be arrested on the street even if he;s firing into a crowd or an occupied vehicle, as we've already seen happen.

The only chance for justice is through investigation after the fact, which will be nearly impossible if they are all masked, unbadged, and unwilling to talk to investigators.

Exactly.... additionally the federal government will never allow it..

That doesn't mean a soldier can't be wrong ..
But the chances of it becoming an issue even on a state level are slim to none.

Until after the fact.

ICE officers "firing into a crowd?" Do tell

The legality of their actions, they face on their own, Military, Federal, civil, or state laws. True, if on duty, they can have a JAG Officer Represent them, but if blatantly illegal, it will make no difference, other than saving them attorneys fees, on their way to prison, if the offense calls for it, and it is doubtful an Army JAG Officer has a good understanding and experience in state courts.

JAG Officers are not admitted to the bar to operate in state courts nor are the allowed to act as the personal lawyer for a criminal defendent in state courts.

My daughter is an Air Force JAG she is admitted to the Bar in Virginia. She can't represent a criminal defendent in her official capacity in say California.
