Inappropriate use could be something as innocuous posting here when you are supposed to be working. Or something as serious as filling up the system with kiddie snuff porn videos.

When I was interviewed for the job I have now, I was never asked about it because I put JOB ENDED as the reason for leaving

But I made a sexual joke on a website and asked a woman can I put a passion mark on her ass cheek

That could be construed as sexual harassment. Nobody is going to hire you if you tell them that. They will be afraid that you will get them sued.
